Great place to go fishing in the bay area! Many boat and fishing options. Full day and half day trips (usually stay in the bay and start an hour or so later). Parking is easy...no fees and plenty of spots. It's an easy location from most of the east bay area, too! Just pay attention to the freeway you need to change over to! It's easy to schedule either via phone and via the website. The staff is reachable via phone at around 5am and are always personable (at 5am!!!) and helpful. If you happen to get sick and need to cancel, they will issue vouchers (two week moratorium from going out on the boats) and they will honor the voucher well into the future (my last one was 10 months old). I've been going here for over 20 years and go out at least 8 times a year, for the past 3 years. Check em out! They've also got bay tours and ash scattering services on some boats.

Kyle and his crew put on a outstanding trip. We went to the Farallon Islands and caught monster rock cod. Our 3 sack limits equaled over 40lbs of fillets. On the way out they drop the crab nets and scoop them up on the way in. Kyle and his crew took care of everyone on the boat seamlessly. His deckhand worked fast and efficient. A large boat where 30 people was still roomy. These guys are true professionals and I will be going again before crab season is over. Take advantage of the oceans bounty and book a trip. Memories to last a lifetime!!!

Went on the Scallywag for some salmon. Had a good time. Deck hand did his best to keep up with all the fish we was trying to land. Some got off but that’s fishing.

If you want to go big on game I suggest you check out the Pacific Pearl just one of the known charters at Fish Emeryville....I've gone out with this boat 4 times now and came home with a 4 out of 4 record! The whole crew is friendly and most helpful if you're a beginner or expert these guys will take care of you!

We are going in april and going for bottom fish .rock cod.ling cod.in November it is crab and ling cod..
You can go on the website and check which vessels has availability and how many open spots are left.
U can always book a private trip for a half day. I'd recommend going with the sea wolf or new huck fin. Those 2 brothers are the best on the nor cal coast
Yes they do many private charters can be arranged
Yes they do
I caught a halibut last year while salmon fishing..
Our prices vary depending on the trip type. Please visit our website to see pricing. Thank you
Yes check out Fish Emeryville...they've got a huge fleet and based off of your preferences I'm sure they've got a boat that can meet your expectations....good luck!
I believe it would be a great time. The ocean is unpredictable in the fall, but can be super nice and not so foggy. I am doing a trip this weekend, oct 12th and again inate November. Guess you could say I am hooked
8 - 16 ounce weight. I usually bring a few of each. They always have whatever u need on board for like $3. Majority of the time its 16 ounce lead ball. Deck hands will always help ya out and advise ya on the beat gear to use.
Tuna are warm water fish so nor cal ain't happening for them. But captain of sea wolf and new huck finn are legendary in the bay for halibut and at the farallon islands for big ling cod
Each boat has a price to charter. It's up to you how much u charge your group. Sea wolf and new huck finn are the best
Where will the fishing vessel go to catch lingcod and red snapper.
Yes call the shop.
