I like my apartment but I’m not a fan of my building having the large amount of pest! (Roaches/water bugs). I love that PART of my unit it’s renovated.

I’m getting charged another 100 dollars this year for no changes or no new anything I haven’t had pest control come out in almost 2 years but yet I’m paying for it and having to do pest control myself and you can’t opt out of paying for it like the cable so I guess they say they supply these things and force you to pay so they don’t have to send anyone or anything and you are still paying for it there has been a broken mirror in my guest bathroom that’s been there since before I moved in and I guarantee they will say I broke it to keep the money from the security deposit this place is more of a scam than worrying about you living here if my rent stays at the extra 100 dollars this year this will definitely be my last years here if I don’t decide to break my lease just to find a better place for the money they charge and force you to pay for there are definitely much better apartment options than this

My daughter moved here 6 months ago. From the looks of the front entrance you would think this is a really nice place and it's OK but the staff/management is TRASH! from day one of showing the apartment there were roaches after she moved in it took them 4 months to send pest control when they charge her a pest control fee every month. I had to go a buy her some stuff to control the roaches because it was like she moved in to their apt. One of the bedrooms has a closet door and it's legally not a bedroom if it doesn't have a bedroom door and they keep saying they are coming to replace it but 6 months later it's still there also the fridge has been broken since day 1 the rubber is coming off and the ice maker doesn't work it's leaking she has to keep a bowl in it to keep the water off the floor again they said they were coming to fix it but it's still there. The blinds are falling apart also something they said they would come fix and never did. I can't wait for her lease to be up so she can get out of this roach motel!

Where to start...First of all the office staff is AWESOME!!! Very patient caring, and try hard to get you what you want. Second the Maintance guy Nick is also awesome!!! He came in fixed what needed to be fixed and also stated if there is anything I needed done he doesn't have a problem doing it. I felt the concern in his voice. I love it here, it's clean, quiet, and very lit up with lights...I love my space....Thanks Horey for the extra mile and my beautiful quiet apartment.
