Nothing in stock and very misleading. They will say it’s under warranty but then send you a bill for over half the cost of a new tool. Swapping brands, goodbye Milwaukee.

The Customer service is appauling. I needed help filling out a rebate. The customer service representative said to just enter every possible zip code for Home Depot. Where am I going to get a list of all Home Depot zipcodes... to get it to work. As I try to enter another zipcode the customer representative then said that's all the help he could offer and wanted to drop the call without solving any issue. I asked to speak to a manager. He put me on hold for 2 minutes and then said they are busy they will call me back. I previously called over a week ago about another customer service issue and they said that a manager would call me back. Which still has not happened yet. I think Milwaukee Tool might have the worst customer service in the history of customer service programs on this planet. First, they don't follow up with customers when they said they will (lying to a customer). Second, they are trying to get off the call as soon as they take a call and yet still don't resolve anything. Third, each representative I have spoken to date has an attitude immediately on the call. For a consumer of your products whom has spent thousands of dollars and needs help filling out a form on your website as it is broken. That customer is ignored, not helped, and hung up on has to be some sort of record of how not to treat your customer.

Yes, but if they are damaged by the treatment of use, no.
You can just take the items. You will have to go to the back of the building. You will see the signs on the front door
I've bought several tools there and it's NOT that bad. 4 1/2 grinder, impacts and they were all maybe $10 more. The bigger tools yes. Milwaukee promotes buying from there vendors vs buying directly. The added benefits you get from the Milwaukee store is tool knowledge, warranty goes into thier systems, asking questions with tool knowledge answers. Home depot, you'll be lucky to find anyone with the knowledge to help you on specific tool knowledge and Home Depot has limited selection. Just my 2 cents and experience.
They sell refurb batteries, not tools. Cash only on the refurbs
The best answer to that is to call them directly. I wish I could've answered it for you.
Yes, they fixed My M18 1/4 Impact Driver.
You can stop by this location and they will take care of it for you. They will let you know if your tool is under Warranty or what you would need to pay to have it fixed if it is out of warranty. I had them fix my M18 Brushless Drill. And pretty quick and friendly Service.
