I've bought several tools there and it's NOT that bad. 4 1/2 grinder, impacts and they were all maybe $10 more. The bigger tools yes. Milwaukee promotes buying from there vendors vs buying directly. The added benefits you get from the Milwaukee store is tool knowledge, warranty goes into thier systems, asking questions with tool knowledge answers. Home depot, you'll be lucky to find anyone with the knowledge to help you on specific tool knowledge and Home Depot has limited selection. Just my 2 cents and experience.
If you see it at Home Depot, buy it from HD. It IS cheaper at HD but you can find some tools here that they won't have at HD and you would pay about the same price as you would from an online dealer with shipping. You just get that tool right away and don't have to wait for shipping.
No, significantly more expensive. Expect to pay 20% or more over what you pay in a store.
