First, Bardi gave me a 4 hour window for my plumber to arrive. At the last hour mark, they called to let me know he’d be 3-4 hours late. I had already waited all morning, now I’d need to wait around all afternoon. But I needed hot water, so what could I do? 4 hours later I had to call Bardi back because no plumber arrived. They said he’d be done soon and that I was next. At 6:30 pm they finally called again to tell me the plumber would not make it and rescheduled me for the following day. 10 hours of waiting for nothing. The plumber arrived at 8 am the next morning, as promised. Quoted me $728 to find a fix a leaky pipe AT THE WATER HEATER. No crawl space, no line test. And, he ended up tightening a loose valve AT THE WATER HEATER. But Bardi still charged me $745 for about 30 minutes worth of work. But then it wasn’t even $745, Chuck (who isn’t listed among the employees their on the site) was unfamiliar with how to use Bardi’s iPad software and ended up charging me $828. But Bardi can’t do partial refunds, so the solution was to cancel the charge (which would take 5-10 days to clear my bank account) and then charge me the correct amount of $745. That’s ridiculous so I declined and now have to wait for Bardi management to get involved. All for a loose valve. $728, for a loose valve. This company needs to get their business together, meet their scheduling commitments, check their pricing, and properly train their techs.

I’m 64 years old and have to say I’ve never had better service than from Bardi. They ROCK! Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

I’m sure they do if they come from Norcross to Hiram Locust Grove is walk in the park. LOL Bardi is A+ in my book
No water leaks. Estimates were recommended at no cost
I would not use them had a 8-12 pm, appt and at 1:30 pm they still weren’t here he stopped for lunch
