I have been a resident at the Breck for less than a year now, but lived here under previous management since 2017 Within the time frame of the new management company (s2) , they have hit the ground running. From upgraded units:laundry rooms , cleansing the pool after being down for two years. Through out all the changes that are happen mig the most important and best quality is there communication. Between the property manager (Xavier)and the team provided with him 65-90% of issuesget resolved expeditiously. Keep up the good work best management company I’ve had in I’ve 5 years.

Nice looking apts, quiet to moderate noise level. Easy access to Indian Trial with Hwy 29 in 7 min drive in 1 direction, 85 N/S a 12 minute drive in opposite direction.

I lived here for about a year & a half. I knew I didn’t want to renew my lease after the first year for a few reasons. The apartments are old & though they’re “renovated” they are still pretty run down. My apartment had plenty of cracks & holes in the walls, a subpar paint job (hair painted into the window frames, patches, paint spilled/splattered all over), and so so so many bugs. Even with using the complex’s pest control & buying my own, still lots of spiders, ants, and water bugs. There are plenty of stray cats all over & it can be pretty noisy, whether it be the residents or the football stadium behind the complex. My vehicle was also damaged because people allow their children to use others’ cars as soccer goal posts. I moved out 2 months ago and I’m still waiting to get my security deposit back. I’ve contacted the leasing office several times & even reached out to corporate with no response. Terrible business practices. Since I’m not a resident anymore, my concerns no longer matter apparently. I only ended up here because I was on a time crunch. I should’ve known better when I went for a tour and there were dead bugs all over the empty unit including the kitchen counters and cabinets. I would tread lightly & consider other options before choosing to live here.
