Horrible staff and care. They picked up my 94 year old grandma at 8:15am and then had her sit in the office waiting on her appointment. She asked several times and they told her it wasn't until 1. At 2:30 my grandma seen the van driver and told him to bring her home. She was never seen. This was uncalled-for.

PACE@Home was a perfect fit for one of our clients as she desperately wanted to age in place in the comfort of her own home. From the very beginning the staff was so accommodating. They came out to the home, which made the process very easy, and provided detailed information on all the services they offered. The list of services they provide includes every aspect of care and then some! This made it possible for our client to not only receive the important medical, dental, vision, etc. services needed but also the transportation to and from these health-related appointments. Every caregiver and staff member I've had the priviledge to meet is filled with compassion, knowledgeable and caring which has allowed our client to truly thrive. Pace@Home was the perfect solution during the pandemic and I was truly impressed at the safety precautions they implemented immediately to help keep their patients safe.
