Taylor the office manager is a very sweet, kindhearted person. She will go and has gone above and beyond to help out her tenants including myself. I had a problem with my lease (not due to myself) and she helped me and got it taken care of in a timely fashion. I'm very grateful, she really is a good woman. I am happy she is the new OM.

I have lived here for a while and was not very happy about it. The place was a bit of a dump, very poorly managed. The complex is now under new management. The new manager is Thomas Martin and in a very short time big improvements have been made and continue to be made. The place looks better and better every time I come home. As apartments are being vacated, they are being renovated nicely. Security around the property is tightening up. And I like living here now. The new manager obviously is very smart and is doing a fantastic job. Thank you Keystone for bringing him to Oakwood.

Glad to leave this place soon. High prices and they won’t even open the pool because they’re too lazy. They changed management recently and has been a lot worse. You have no idea how mad residents are with their decision of living here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Where must i start, for the money you pay, your not getting what you deserve. This wouldd have been a last resort apartment. Heavy police presence. The pictures online are deceiving on how the apartments really look. Pool is filthy. i would never post myname because i dont want to get a letter, im in the process of looking for another home.This is ridiculous. Upper management is terrible. I bet you they wouldnt live here. BEWARE
