Up until last night I was a Lou's Takeaway virgin. My palate's cherry was popped as I sinfully enjoyed the Spice-Roasted Chicken with Fenugreek and Allspice (served with rice and a generous salad) along with an incredible Spiced Makti Daal. The only word to describe the incredible flavors is, magic. I really appreciate how flavor-forward and conscious Lou is with his ingredients. For me, this gastronomic experience was no one-night stand. It actually may be the beginning of a beautiful relationship. ;-) P.S. - Green Bonus Props for letting me bring my own takeaway container. I don't need any more, new plastic in my life. 💚
