I called ahead and asked the price. I gave them my make and model and told them it was 59$ total where I usually go. I was told come on in and they would do it for the same. I confirmed that when I arrived. When my car was ready my total was $80 and I was told " that's just how it is" If that wasn't bad enough they did not top off my fluids or, put air in my tires ( pressure was the same as when I pulled in). I also, was not given a receipt. if your looking for honesty and good service go someplace else. Shame on me for not reading the reviews. Danna

Was helping a old 78 year old widower to have her car state inspected and oil changed. Since the car is 20 years old i requested the $39.00 oil change for my friend and gave them our cell number if they need to call. We returned about an hour later and guess what, they put in the $89 super duper oil change. I reminded the person that we requested the $39 oil and he said he remember but the computer told them the last oil changed was the $89 oil change. The manager at this location would not give my friend a credit and she was screwed out of $50 more then she wanted to pay for. AGAIN, car mechanics screwing little old ladies. Shame on you! you will not get our business again and other customers be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for an oil change and the gentleman said he couldn't do it until they did a diagnostic on it because my car kept overheating... $5000 on car repairs at Auto Nation Ford. They did an oil change and didn't top my fluids. The guy here topped it off and didn't charge me. Seemed like good people to me!
