No top off fluids or tire check. I thought last time was a missed step but I reminded them twice and still did not. They speak about the staff where we can hear and is not professional. Last visit but the young guy was very nice on his part. He seemed new.

Usually use this place, but not much urgency to finish an oil change and inspection. Was there well over an hour, and they were not that busy. Had to confirm 3 times with workers that I was in fact needing an inspection, because they kept forgetting to check with their inspection guy to make sure he could do it. Another customer even commented to me that I had been there forever. Since they felt it was important to prompt me to give a review I felt obliged. Overall three stars because they were respectful and helpful. But missing a couple of stars for the disorganization and dragging a 30 mins tops servicing into almost 3 times that long. Contemplating going back to this location in the future.

I had good experience from the staff, nothing especially bad or good. The staff was younger and I was pleasantly surprised by thier customer service. I don't expect to have especially great experiences and an oil change facility, since I routinely do it myself. Although, interacting with the staff did make this experience a positive one.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a true “full service” oil change. The Technician, Conner, checked every fluid, used test strips on brake fluid, tightened all caps, was professional/polite, and ensured employee safety by asserting clear communication between the upper and lower bay. Excellent service. I highly recommend Conner at this location.
