FIVE STAR - Good Neighbors, dependable Winter plowing of roads, Most area is a Crime Watch area and has Children Friendly area. Swimming pool and club house is open during summer. Well worth it. ONE STAR - Posted 15 MPH inside very large complex of over 200+ modular homes. This MPH posting is NOT observed by some residents who drive 40 to 50 MPG in complex. Nashua Police cannot enforce rules because this is listed as private property. These certain residents KNOW this is unenforceable and flaunt their ability to drive as they please especially after 4:00PM. Update... Have videos of many vehicles running stop signs as if none are there- even at a school bus stop at more than one location(verifiable by school bus company and drivers) . River Pines Office will not review videos, either on my security cameras or dash cams (front and rear cams and used it to protect myself on the road). These videos are STILL on both Camera and dash cams. Nashua Police STILL refuses to see them because "River Pines is private property". I still love being here since 2000 because it is a step above other manufactured home Parks in Southern NH.

This is a horrible place to live. I would not recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy communism, because the place is run like Soviet Russia. The "managers" or whatever you want to call them, pick and choose which residents to enforce the rules on. The "rules" are draconian and inane. You're only supposed to be allowed one pet, yet multiple residents have two or more dogs, and the managers let them get away with it, yet they nit-pick and pick on other people over the most minor rule violations and even threaten them with lawyers, while other people are allowed to break the laws with impunity. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE. ITS HORRIBLE.

11/01/2016 Mike - TERRIBLE PERSON. VERY BELITTLEING. SUPERIORITY COMPLEX. VERY RUDE MAN will hide his comments by saying "I'm just kidding" relax.... My Husband and I stopped in to see about available homes in this community as we currently rent in Nashua, NH. Mike took one look at our Harley Davidson jackets and said, I see your jackets, do you have a motorcycle?, are you "Dirt Bag Bikers?", we do not allow motorcycles here. You may be better off down the road at Rogers as they are not as nice a place as we are here. Taken-a-back, I asked Mike what made Rogers not as nice? His response was "they allow people like you who have motorcycles". He never bothered to find out that we have a separate storage for our bikes and would not be having them in the community. He did give us a name of a mortgage broker. I asked Mike If when we called we needed to preference it by saying we were "dirt bag bikers" and his comment was "of course". ha, ha, ha. On my way out I commented to Mike that this may be their rule but he did not have to be an ass about it. His comment....I was just kidding, have a good day!! Turns out Mike was right. Peter at Rogers is a GREAT guy! I personally will be sure to tell everyone I meet about our dealings with Mike and Jensen's, and then tell them to go see Peter at Rogers for respect, guidance in the purchasing process of a manufactured home, etc. Mike should NOT be a position where he interacts with people.

no not that I know of
You would Probably Have To Find A Way To Contact The Owner Of That Place
455 per month
No new homes
Not if you enjoy treating your pet well. The management enforces a 6ft leash rule whenever your dog is outside. So you cannot tie out your pet in your yard, or have them off leash, as that is not being kept on a 6ft leash. So your options are keep your pet indoors 24/7 or outside on a 6ft leash. Cruel and out of touch rule. If you dont follow their insane rules you will be met with eviction on the 3rd instance and they will force you to compensate them for lawyer fees to throw you out of your home. Extremely not pet friendly and horrible place to live if you have a dog.
No, you have to purchase. They dont allow people to rent out their mobile homes
No to both...there is a shared pool and no fences are allowed as of now. But it is a very nice place to live
There are about 450 homes. Jensen's is on the left and right side of west hollies st, so not all the homes are on the same side of the street
That is the correct answer, Lyn
