We worked with both Ramon and his daughter Haley in a beginner series, and they are both amazing. They are knowledgeable and clear. Also very patient as I tried to switch from our old lingo to new lingo. This is really human training, and we will need to put in more time to continue practicing these new skills daily. But we are already seeing results. They have really helped us understand habits we had that we’re making our dog more anxious.

Hudson K9 is a great place place for obedience and bootcamp. They have helped not only our dog but us strengthen our training skills and our bond with our dog. Bootcamp really reinforced the obedience. Have seen wonderful changes in our dog!

I will summarize my review with this Be strong, but not rude Be proud, but not arrogant. I wanted tio be fair, my dog and I learned a lot, however the trainer was really rude on my last training session. I decided to don't go back no matter if I lose my money. I was embarrassed and humiliated. Their excuses..... I was no taking the training seriously, but he also recognized my dog has improved. If he is improving and also my veterinary congrats me , I guess Im taking the training seriously... If you go there make sure you don't make mistakes and you learn quickly, they don't have patience and if you have some anxiety because what you have gone through with your dog this maybe not the right place for you.

When we were at a complete loss with our rescue Regan a friend recommended we explore Hudson K-9 as an option for obedience training. We had already been down the road of a behavioralist, who just wanted to throw medication at our dog, and CBD might have helped but was only a bandaid. We wanted to get to the core of the issues and help our rescue thrive. I reached out via email and poured my heart out - frustration, concern, tears, all the emotion that you have when a pet isn’t at their best and you don’t know how to help. Odessa reached out within 24 hours to help ease my mind, she scheduled us the same week to come in for an evaluation and we were on our way. From the moment I walked into Hudson K-9 with my wife we knew this was different. We were warmly greeted by Ramon, brought into the training room. He wasn’t afraid. He wasn’t intimidated. He took the same time and personal touch to let us know we had the tools to help our anxious girl get back on the road to her best life. We’ve been training with Hudson K-9 for almost 2 years. We’ve never been ignored with a question or concern, even if that means staying after class to calm my worry. Odessa and Ramon have spent plenty of time talking me off a ledge - training me just as much as we’ve trained Regan. We’ve put sweat and tears into what we’ve learned and because of that Regan is a different dog. She loves to be challenged, she can handle any situation she’s put in, she’s well mannered, affectionate, smart, confident, and our home is a happier place because of it. But most importantly, she’s a happier, healthier dog because of it. You want to give your pets their best life because they’re family. We owe the Hudson K-9 team everything for helping us learn the tools to help her get there. 🐾
