Booked an appointment for two pedicures for mother’s day. The pedicure lasted barely 10 mins not even. For taking full price this is not acceptable. Absolutely poor service and experience especially on mother’s day.

I absolutely LOVE Pearl Nails! They do a great job on my nails every time. My dip manicures always last at least 2 weeks, you definitely get your moneys worth. They never rush & really value their customers. Highly recommend!

I never write bad reviews, but it just took me two hours to get gel polish off my nails so I'm fired up. I'm new-ish to Nashua, but for years got my nails done with gels at a salon in Chelmsford that really sets the bar high. I wanted to find a nice closer spot to my new residence so I've tried this place a couple of times and they have always been alright at best. I also do my own nails at home a lot and do a great job myself. On this particular Friday afternoon I decided to pay to get them done because I didn't have much time over to weekend to do them myself and I was leaving on a road trip that Monday. My fancy salon in Chelmsford was booked but Pearl was able to fit me in for a mani/pedi at a good time so I went there before getting dinner with a friend. I wanted a gel manicure and a basic pedi. Every time I go to Pearl they try to get me to do dip nail, and I'm just not about drilling into my nails and dipping my fingers in powder that has had many other fingers dipped into it. An older woman did my nails. The pedi was done in 20 minutes. I asked the woman to cut my toenails short, and they were not cut short by any means. I should have spoken up but didn't notice until she was already putting on the polish. When she got to my nails this was also rushed and done in 20 minutes. The cuticles were not cleaned up very well. There was gel polish on the cuticles and she did not attempt to clean this off so it set on that way. When she got some color on the sides she would just wipe it off with her nail rather than use a brush dipped in acetone to fix it. The LED lamp to dry my nails was terrible and didn't dry the polish on the sides of my nails very well so there were gaps there when done. She didn't use any Bond-Aid to start which I found unusual, and used an off-brand base coat even though I chose an OPI color. When done, there was dried gel stuck under my nails and around the nail beds that I was picking at while at the sink to wash my hands after the mani was done. The woman who did my nails noticed me picking at them and went over the sides with a file again but really didn't do much else to fix them. I was meeting a friend shortly after and didn't have time for her to really fix them anyway. When I got home I could really see how bad my toes were as well. They looked like my boyfriend could have painted them in the dark. These also had polish on my toes, and I could see that the gloss didn't fully cover one of my big toes. I had to fix these myself. About an hour later I called the salon back and told them that I wasn't really happy with how they turned out and asked If they could re-do my fingernails. They were booked for all convenient times that Sat and Sun morning so I had to go back on Sun afternoon. Even though it only took 15 mins to fix my nails. Anyway, I went in and was by no means upset or a jerk about the experience since they were willing to fix it. Another woman did my nails this time, and she was really sweet about it, but didn't re-do them, just drilled the polish around the cuticles and then painted over them again. The color I had was Funny Bunny which is a sheer white, so if you looked closely you could see that the color wasn't even throughout. They did look much better, and she offered to fix my toes, but no one is looking at them too closely so I didn't care about those so much, and declined. I wasn't going to leave a bad review because this happens, I guess, and they were willing to fix it. But I just went to take the gels off and had a heck of a terrible time doing it. I've taken gel off my nails many times before, and have never had an issue, but this was like they used super glue as a base coat. I had to file the top and soak for 40 mins, then file, and soak, then file, and scrape, and ultimately file this stuff off my nails which took about 2 hours and has not left them looking too good. long story short; I'm not going back again. Two stars because the salon is overall a nice-looking place and seems clean. I'm sure there are also better nail techs in there than the one I got.
