how do i get a title. what documents do i need to accomplish
You don't have too but everyone who walks into the door with an appointment gets to cut you before you check in and while you are waiting to be seen by a clerk. I would recommend making an appointment.
Keep your physical registration slip and plates. They stay with you, not the car.
