I am writing this objectively and not out of the dissatisfaction that I am currently experiencing…Do not live here if you want to have after hours maintenance. To preface, we keep a clean apartment, no food out, dishes get washed promptly and doors get shut everyday without exception. We recently had mice enter the building (multiple apartments) on a Friday evening through no fault of our own. We put a work order in for urgent maintenance on Friday at 8pm to address this. We have made multiple complaints sent in by a few different residents and 48 hours later the maintenance staff is just coming to assess the situation. When I called the off sight leasing center they were unable to give us alternative accommodations even though they have displaced multiple residents for multiple days. For those that do not know, a landlords failure to assess an “infestation” in a timely manner is illegal accorded to New Hampshire State law. It’s a decent apartment for the price but know that you will not get the assistance you need in the event that you have to call after hours regardless of if you ask the off sight leasing center for assistance. Disappointed…

They promised reducing move-in rate reduction if we lived there at least 9 months, then after we signed documents that woman no longer worked there. Do not live here. Mice and cockroaches when we had a newly renovated apartment. Our cat scratched a few square inches and they replace all carpet flooring in the apartment, even rooms not attached. You will overpay for a small, smelly area. Feel free to ask questions to learn more. Do. Not. Move. Here. Also a highly dangerous intersection.. someone ran the red light at the light by McDonald's when I was leaving and side swept me. Sidenote, the maintenance guy Brian is amazing, friendly, professional, and quick to assist any and all tenants.

Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Since we’ve moved here the summer of last year, there have been nothing but problems and disappointments... Due to COVID, we made the mistake of doing a virtual tour and moved into our apartment based off of that. HUGE mistake! Upon move in, we were immediately disappointed at the location of our apartment. We did ask for it to be on the first floor because we had a baby on the way, but our apartment is literally right next to the entrance! With the walls being incredibly paper thin here, all you can hear throughout the day/night is people coming and going. On top of that, we can hear every movement of the people above us. You can hear them walk (creaky floorboards) on the phone, sneeze, cough, etc... The worst of the creaky floorboard noise is in our bedroom where our baby sleeps. Our baby has been woken up MULTIPLE times due to the amount of noise! We have made several complaints to the leasing office and the response we have received was “Sorry, it’s an old building” with the incredibly high rent they charge here, that is not the kind of answer you want to receive. The impression I get from the staff at the leasing office is annoyance, lack of professionalism, and overall lack of care. Looking forward to when our lease ends!

I love Pheasant Run & it's staff! ! As a single woman I was a bit skeptical living in an apartment complex in Nashua on my own but I have never had any concerns! I love that laundry in located right down the hall from my apartment & the pool and work out rooms are always clean! The office staff is always there to assist with any needs and the maintenance crew takes care of any requests I've had quickly and with out disturbing my routine/home. The resident events they have from time to time have helped me feel that I am really part of this community & a great way to get to know neighbors. Thanks again for all that you do!!
