Beautiful community, well maintained grounds, very quiet, kids playing area, pool, gym, tennis courts, storage spaces. Found to be amongst the cheapest around the time I signed lease. Likely cheap due to dated apartments. Kitchen was a bit dated too. But everything is very functional and they have pretty good maintenance team highly responsive. Overall very satisfied.

My goodness the two rude hens in the office was nothing short of outrageous. When you get asked questions that could be considered a HUD violation, and call them out on it, they just don't even care. Read your lease. Know your legal rights in NH and don't listen to a word these two have to say. If you get pushback from them, just call an attorney and get a consultation.

It's been 2 months and so far very pleased with the staff, the condition of the apartment and the quiet atmosphere of the property. The resident's portal makes communication easy and the staff is quick to respond - From a verified resident on Apartment Ratings.

We have enjoyed living here for the past 7 years. It is relatively quiet. The maintenance people respond quickly when needed. However, due to a cancer diagnosis I was forced to retire, and am not sure how much longer we can afford to live here now that we’re on a fixed income and the rent goes up every year.

Yes, one wall unit air conditioner is provided in each apartment, in the living room area.
Boulder Park was built in 1983. We are continually making renovations and improvements to our community.
For your convenience, laundry facilities are located on each floor of the building. Apartments do not have washers/dryers.
Apartment kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher. Apartments with renovated kitchens have a built-in microwave (check with your leasing consultant). Sinks do not have garbage disposals.
Nearby public schools include Broad Street Elementary School, Pennichuck Middle School and Nashua North High School.
The Nashua Transit System bus route stops within walking distance of Boulder Park Apartments.
Smoking is allowed in some buildings and we also have some non-smoking buildings. However, even in the buildings that allow smoking, you must be at least 30 feet away from all walkways and entryways to smoke (unless smoking within your apartment).
Yes, we have charcoal grills located in the community for residents to use.
Yes, we do have extra storage available for our residents to rent.
Deliveries/packages can be sent directly to the Leasing Office if you will not be home at the time of delivery.
Xfinity is the local cable and internet provider. Residents pay for their own cable and internet service.
While we do not offer valet trash removal, we do have dumpsters conveniently located throughout the community for residents to use.
We do require a security deposit and first month's rent, within 30 days of move-in. Last month's rent is not paid in advance.
We typically offer a 12-month lease. Flexible lease terms may be available upon request and availability.
We do have one building with an elevator. No freight elevators.
