This historical bldg, apartments, Very Unique, And Beautiful Apartments. It Does Have it's🏆Perks. It Was a very outstanding place to live. 😯The past yr. New Mngmnt, some unprofessionalism, certain misunderstandings, in communicating. Witnessed unnessesary combativeness toward tenants. * sure the Covid, played a role/part in this, and made it difficult. Neighbors are Nice, quiet. Your rent goes up every 3mo. Which, Do not understand, when you sign a years lease. On occasions, They Puts false accusations, complaint letters under your door, threaten evictions, complaintant right to privacy, No discussion. 🤔If you have a lisc-medical marijuana, go out side🧐😯 It's uncomfortable, if your not a City person, or used to rental apartment bldings. It's like living in an institution..lol. Seriously, so sad, awkward, tenants not on a personal, aquaintence level, w/other tenants. No assembling in lawn chairs on front grounds. 🙂Thou setting pretty, especially at night. It's got it's splenders,lots of, Entertainment around,here, Boat Parade on river etc. Maintenance got it made.. Too many Things not done, the way The first Management group took care of this place. I trust it will get better here.

My only complaint is the parking situation. No parking for guests unless you take them to the parking garage and bring them back. So I do agree people don't want to visit if they know they're getting towed at 9:01 pm. I've never had a problem with any of the management, they are all nice and work with me, so not sure where those complaints come from. I love that it's near the river, I have a lovely view and I've been here since the apts opened. it's quiet for the most part, I have no problems with other tenants. It does feel like a senior citizen home by 9pm though lol.

You can’t have guests past 9pm if they drove their own car ... you know people that can afford a car that contributes to society but your friends that walked their because they don’t have a car or a job can stay over night ... they tow to car to MA for $300+ to get back and now your friends don’t want to come hang out with you anymore because you have a curfew of 9 pm like a preteen

Beautiful apartments, with exposed beams and brick. River view is nice as is the short riverwalk to Main St. Office staff are very helpful and pleasant. The two negatives are the painfully slow elevators - I seriously doubt I've ever been in any slower - and some of the residents. I can't speak for the rest of the building, but our floor has a few residents who like to yell down the halls to talk to one another. There is some affordable housing here, just like across the river at Clocktower.
