Great customer service but the place is a little tight.

I’m highly dissatisfied with my experience using Pack Rat for my cross-country move. I specifically chose Pack Rat (despite them not having the most competitive price) because they GUARANTEED me delivery of my valuables on my requested date. After confirming my delivery date I did not receive my container as promised and did not receive any correspondence from Pack Rat that my container would be late or delivery would be cancelled. After several discussions with Pack Rat’s delivery team- I was told they could not give me a date/time my pod would be delivered and that a customer service agent would contact me- yet hasn’t. I am still without my container and now out several hundred dollars (my paid permit for the container expired, I had to cancel my moving company since I have no belongings to move, and I took time off work to ensure I was available for the 24 hour delivery window pack rat gave me). Not only am I disappointed that my container has yet to be delivered, I’m astonished at Pack Rat’s lack of urgency and horrendous customer service. This has been an extremely unorganized and stressful experience despite, Pack Rat claiming they make cross-country moves a, “stress-free experience” for their customers. Speaking to a competent individual that can provide me any useful information regarding my container being delivered is virtually impossible. You cannot reach anyone at their “24 hour customer service center” or even leave a message. I’d like Pack Rat to contact me immediately with a delivery date and inform me of how they plan to rectify this situation. I also urge potential movers to avoid using Pack Rat because this has been a terrible moving experience because of them.

This facility is a bit tight to get in and out of as a truck driver if you have a longer wheelbase. But it's manageable. Staff here is friendly and quick, so long as you follow the directions on the signs out front and look like you know what you're doing. Check in at the office, get turned around, and wait for them to come out and load/unload you. It's that simple. I love hauling PACKRATS because they are easy and quick.

Very worst service their Toll Free number is always busy you need to be on hold for 1 hour. The drivers are very bad no responsive and rude. IT's very hard to work with them. They are ignorance and unhelpful when you do the apartments move. terrible service never ever going to do business with them. Trust me they will not wait for even 10 minutes for you and charge you 75$ saying they are very busy. Customer service is also rude and not at all helpful.
