The room here wasn't the cheapest but I only stayed here for a couple of hours so it wasn't that pricey ๐. I found companionship in the field across the was and was good to go for the evening. Best part of my stay was when she offered to remove her teeth. The sensations were amazing. If your in the area you should give it a try.

Not a great start! This review may be amended AFTER our complete stay is done, but so far, NOT GOOD. The staff at the front desk made a horrible first impression. Our credit card was having issues processing in their system so rather than apologize they felt the need to repeatedly explain the issue was because we inserted our card before their card reader was "ready". Not the case. We immediately accessed our banking app which verified we WERE charged even though they had insisted we hadn't been. Well, the screen on your card reader said "Accepted" but apparently they don't even have some kind of Back Office software to verify if your card processes. No apology, no smiles. No customer service at all. I'm no complainer but we're just starting a family trip to Disney and this was not a great start at all. It was completely avoidable on their part with just an ounce of manners. Also, WHY can't we see a detailed listing of ALL charges prior to check out? Ridiculous. They just expect everyone to take their bloated charge because they know you can't go to another hotel last minute after driving for 6.5 hours in record heat? The only reason they get 1 star and not ZERO is because of the Valet, Glenn. HE was great.That was weird too in that you can't use their luggage carts without assistance. I'm used to doing things myself is all, no big deal compared to the disrespect from the Front Desk. Hopefully it's just a blip and not a precursor to a subpar establishment. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

I have stayed at this hotel several times on my trips to LA. The counter attendants are always friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and spacious. The complimentary reakfast has food cooked fresh in their kitchen. They also have another restaurant and bar on the premise.

5 star all around. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant crew were always pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very nice. It served our purpose and we enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast vouchers so we had the buffet every morning is was delicious and had a nice variety. We will visit again!

Nope. Their current rates are $16/night for self parking ,$19/ night for valet . Even if you're a reward member! I've never gotten charged for parking at The Sheraton Grove , besides the Grove has nicer rooms and its only couple of miles away , that's if you want to stick with staying at the Sheraton lol .
Call Hotel. Not the best kept property. Heavily used. Smelly rooms. Damp and musty.
