The building manager is the absolute worst does not respond back to texts, emails, phone calls, or voicemails. He is the true definition of ignorant.The branches in front of the building were cut the day before yesterday and all the branches are still on the ground never picked up the branches. I have to clean up in front of the building and I’m a new tenant garbage out in front of the building first time ever renting with this rental property.

I’m not far from you Olujide and my cousin has put in MULTIPLE work orders for heat and still her apartment has been cold the entire winter. The city has been out and said they need new everything basically they haven’t updated anything. The heat is still the same there today. I just got a hold to a corporate number for my cousin because this isn’t right. DONT advertise free heat if they’re barely gonna give it to you.

Why not treat the entire building for pest instead of individual apartments to avoid the bugs from running from apartment to apartment ?

In order for them to treat the whole building multiple tenants have to put in a maintenance request or complaint for pests from the complex.
