Hey my apartment is crazier cold and this keep me wondering if the free heat the landlord promised is in place. The heat only comes up for few seconds and gone. Please I need help I don't want to be freezing down here. 1450 W 81st Street Apt G

I’m not far from you Olujide and my cousin has put in MULTIPLE work orders for heat and still her apartment has been cold the entire winter. The city has been out and said they need new everything basically they haven’t updated anything. The heat is still the same there today. I just got a hold to a corporate number for my cousin because this isn’t right. DONT advertise free heat if they’re barely gonna give it to you.

Do you have vents or radiator heat? If you have radiators they might need to get bled. Call real estate and have them come check either way. That's what i did
