Maintenance needs to clean off the back porch ,and sweet down the stairs more often, and they still Have not clean up the back of the building in the latest 6months Need new maintenance. And still have not swept down the back stairs in the last six months as well ,and keep putting in work orders and maintenance keep saying they are cleaning ,but they are not. The backboards need to be cleaned up .maintenance have not got to that back porch yet The hallway needs to be cleaned up and mopped and swept as well. Maintenance need to do. Better. Maintenance still ha ve not cleaned up the back .and they keeps saying that and they have not done there job cleaned up Need new maintenance crew. We have new tenants moving in the building throwing a trash outside in front of the cars where we live at having they garbage on the back porch not emptying it,need to be addressed more making it harder on other tenants .maintenance need to empty the back garbage out ore often and clean these back stairs from top to bottom as well maintenan are doing a little better. 🌹 Maintenan take they time fixing problem and, Maintain cleaning in front of the building, but to fall to clean up the back of the building Is two holes in the back of when you open the back gate that needs to be plugged up and that have not been done and if it have it doesn't even look like it been done. The maintenance came in a 5/5/2022timely manner which was emergency cuz my stove went out so that's a really good thing, I hope they will do the back porch the same way at a timely manner cuz they forget about the back porch it belongs to the front of the building as well not just the front of the building but the back. It takes to Long for pangea Real Estate to get the work order done. They need to do better, when they want the Rent to be on time . You have to keep calling about the same thing over,and over again.10/11/2022. This not a one way street it a 2 way street. /

No problems here awesome work but the main thing is the washing machines not working been a year n months it ain’t been fixed we need new washers n dryers please
