I wouldn’t recommend moving in this building . The apartments are full of roaches and water bugs . The elevators do not work properly. The hallways are filthy . The trash can on the first floor makes the whole lobby stink . Everyone who works for the building are mainly Felons and they send them to your apartments for inspection and keys to Your home which they shouldn’t be allowed too . Certain things should Be taking care by trained or certified professionals . The staff is extremely rude and unorganized. I would NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO LIVE HERE . (they also have a extreme Rat problem in the front and back of the building it’s extremely bad . You can see the wholes in the ground from the rats when you first walk up to the building .!

I believe its NobleSquare. Com lived there for over 26 years so I call the phone (773)486-6800 this the Office and they have voicemail. The Townhouses and the 28 floor building comprise the Property...... Ranch, Terrace and Garden variety Townhomes the membership fee for the townhomes start at $10,000, the Membership fee for the 1-2 bedrooms apartments is lower.... Have to talk to them about the price break, because rent for the apartments is based on the floor you pick to reside on..... $1 million+ dollar view
