The customer service is impeccable at this branch. The branch manager when available Greets customers and the security is always attentive and on point. However, if you are not a member of their Private Client banking services or very conscious of your spending charges and fees add up quickly.

Chase has to be the worst bank to do business transaction. I don't recommend the bank for anything. The employees at the different branches are not on the same page when it comes to giving out information. They will tell u anything to get to the next customer.
