Folks here have always been polite, never rude like the reviews have shown that were over 6 months old, most are 1-2yrs old. I wanted to post a positive review on my recent experience. I'm about to head there now on a Saturday morning to see if my opinion changes due to the time of day and day before the Superbowl. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cleanliness of the foyer (Near the ATM) is not the best, and this location is not consistently open. I understand this may be due to COVID but it's still a bad look.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment over the phone with a young lady for a 10 o’clock appointment. Upon arrival I was told by the lady that her 10 o’clock was there and that I would have to wait. The lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive. I won’t be opening up and account here.
