This place is trash. No tellers just bankers. The atm just stole my cash and I’m lucky there was a banker here because it would have stolen my withdrawal. It’s dusty inside. The front door was broken for months and had security keeping homeless out. I know we live in the ghetto but we deserve better. Why do I have to go to Pilsen or south loop to get a clean working chase.

No you will not get your card today it will come 3 days or you can rush it for 5 dollars but you will be able to go into the bank to withdraw money but only when the bank is open untill you get your card. I just opened mine also hope this is helpful.
