What a kind of trash bank is that, who would let their customer's car booted just a few seconds? It is a horrible experience. On top of that, Chase charge outrageous fee when you use Chase Cash card on other bank's ATM. By all means, avoid Chase all together!!!

The parking is free, but only as a customer. You have to move your car if you go to any of the restaurants across the street.
Yes. There is a place to tap or insert your card at the door to gain access to the atms.
You can probably get assistance from a teller, but the order form is built into the online banking page. You could also call the number on your debit card or the pack of checks.
