PART 2 CHASE BANK 67th Stoney Island, Chicago As my mom and I walked out the bank, I witnessed the security guard still leaning against the wall on her phone. This is the second negative experience that I’ve been subjected to at this branch. I still don’t understand why your employees don’t have wear name tags for customers to identify them when they have access to all of my personal information. Although the employees names are supposed to be on the receipts, it’s very frustrating to have to ask an employee their names especially since you don’t receive a receipt until the end of the transaction. I would strongly recommend that your employee “Raphael” is sent back to training considering he doesn’t know how to handle simple transactions and he sucks in regards to providing appropriate customer service. I look forward to someone following up with me in this regard. Thank you.

ATMs: have used them from morning through mid-evening on every day of the week, generally once every 3 weeks or so, and never had any problem with any of them. Lobby services: very helpful when I've had routine business at the windows; line moves as fast as in any other bank, faster than some Meetings: must schedule in advance, supposedly using the Chase website but it DOES NOT INCLUDE THIS BANK with the "schedule a meeting" option for setting up new accounts (this issue has been reported to Chase IT); bankers have been thorough in addressing my needs Staff: cordial, helpful, prompt
