The workers here are very friendly.its never crowded there when I went and the workers are happy to help when you need it they have self service station here also

I don't have an answer for you, but they've lost a package of mine too that was "out for delivery 11/01" which was 5 days ago. There are 2 phone numbers listed under google but they don't answer either. Disappointed.

Friendly and fast

Is there not a way to contact this office directly? Or anyone with customer service at all? I have a package that is dropped off, just gives me the city its in, no address and no reason as to why it couldnt have been delivered?

Same problem I have. "Out for delivery" 5 days ago, never delivered. No way to contact them directly.

I sent a package with the wrong label today. I hope to get it intercepted. Does anyone have experience with this?

It should go back to you within a couple of weeks, if you have the proper return address on the label.
