Staff is amazing and usually don't have issues getting problema resolved. The main issue is car break ins, and people not picking up after their dogs even with bag post everywhere. Price has gone up alot but new renovations are really nice.

I have lived here and recently transferred to a newly renovated apartment and I wish there was more then 5 stars. They really blew it out of the park on the renovation, it’s like a brand new apartment. I love all the lady’s in the front office they are the nicest people ever and always help me! The maintenance guys are always great and get to my work orders in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend Collier Park to anyone looking for a clean and beautiful home.
