I heard a lot of people say a lot of good things about DART, so when I was in the market to have the routine 100,000 mile service completed; timing belt, water pump and thermostat replaced, I took my car there. They kept my car a day longer than planned. When I got it back, the idle was surging. I called them and they said to bring it back and they kept my car another full day, without providing details of the issue and at "no charge". Now, my car is losing coolant and overheating. If this repair was done correctly, none of this should be happening. The work was completed more than a year ago, so the warranty is lapsed/cod, but even if it wasn't, I can't continue to trust shotty work. None of this should have/should be happening. And this isn't an exclusive experience for me with themHad a similar issue with my alternator that they replaced. Literally, I feel like they ruined my car.

I brought my car to Dart Auto to get transmission pan and oil pan re-sealed to stop them leaking. Three return visits later I still have a leaking oil pan and transmission pan. They decided just to refund my money. I only got refunded for the transmission pan re-seal never got refunded for the oil pan re-seal. After several return trips and paying for rides while they had my car and not getting a complete refund where is the value? In the end you are just better off taking it to a larger mechanic that will get it right the first time. If they can't re-seal a oil pan and transmission pan whats the point taking it to this over hyped hole in the wall mechanic. Never going there again.

I unfortunately have had two bad experiences here now. First time they forgot my car was there and didn't remember until I called them 4 days after it was dropped off, they did right their wrong and fix it for free which I appreciated but it cost me a lot of money to get to and from work in the time they forgot. Second time was very recent and the most serious, I took my car in for an issue, they called me back 3 days later saying that my clutch was burnt up and I need a whole new transmission and quoted me 2.8k for a used one. I'm glad I trusted my gut and got it towed to a hyundai dealership, because it turns out it was just a sensor that cost $400 vs the 2.8k dart quoted me...This is huge, if I would have listened to the mechanic I would be out 2.8k and it wouldn't have even fixed my problem. The hyundai dealership even told me my clutch was in great condition. The only reason I'm not giving this place 0 stars is because the woman at the front desk is very sweet and helpful and patient and she does a great job. I do not recommend this place and unfortunately won't ever be bringing a vehicle back here. If it's something little like an oil change or brake change I'm sure they'd do a great job but do not trust them with bigger jobs

I'll never take my car back to them. They had it 4 times over the last few months and it still isn't right. I'm out $1300. Such a shame
Yes they do,depending on how freon is used , cost varies call for an estimate.
