I have had a little trouble connecting by phone and email, but once I went in to the office and met Armanie, she was really helpful and lovely. I really loved it that she asked me what I did Not like about the apartment she showed me. No one has ever asked me that and I thought it was a great question. I will enjoy working with Armanie. I give her five stars. I give four stars for having trouble connecting prior to going in.

UPDATED REVIEW: I am on my second year here at Misty Ridge and currently still loving my place & the community, however things have changed with management. Both Ms. Debra & Shamea are no longer working in the actual office. A new property manager has taken over, I have not met her as of yet. Unfortunately the new assistant manager Eileen has ruined the good experience that I’ve always had within the office. From a professional standpoint, she lacks customer service, compassion & professionalism. My encounters with her so far, have caused me to no longer want to have to deal with her. She speaks in a very demeaning and “Well I don’t care” type of tone. Being belittled is never a good feeling and anyone in management should know that. I could go on, but it’s not necessary because the bottom line is myself, as well as other tenants are all very disappointed with the new hire. INITIAL REVIEW: I’ve lived here almost a year now. The apartments are not “huge” but mine is renovated and I love my place!! All of my neighbors are good people and we all look out for one another. I have had a few maintenance requests for small things like shower head & screen door but they are fixed within 48 hours of the order. Maintenance has great communication and Daniel is awesome!! As far as management, Ms Debra is great!! She is very considerate and helpful. Shamea is wonderful as well, you can go into the office and converse with her like a friend all while things are being handled. She is very informative and helpful. My only honest complaint is not having the option to pay for trash, but overall its a great community and my experience so far has been satisfying. I will gladly sign my lease again.

I had a great experience touring and moving-in thanks to Armanie! She was very attentive and answered all my questions when I needed them answered, she was very helpful and understanding. She even stayed after closing to help me out, she was a big part of my decision to lease at Misty Ridge.
