worst management , cars always getting tower no matter if you have a parking sticker or not .

There's roaches everywhere. Nothing is taken care of when you ask. There's a bullet hole in my sons window still from a shooting that took place a month ago. The hole is also in my sons wall right over his head where he use to sleep. They're having everyone cars towed away when things are not done on there time. Also theres mold in most of the apartments. They just tell you to clean it with bleach. Management never answers the phone. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Try and deny those pictures now.

I live at this property for 12 years and we never had issues with management until now, we are paying for reserved parking and got towed because the old sticker was not removed. I would think that the towing company will see the reserved parking tag in front of the rear view mirror. When we explained this to the manager she didn’t care and we have to pay $180.

Could be better! High cost for renting for the upkeep! Place needs repairs and maintenance. Friends plan to move out.
