I rent in building 1497 apt.202 but it was the worst experience that I could live all the time that I lived there it was terrible since in that apartment there is a plague of drain flies and I put a report that there was that problem and they never solved it and the worst that was a lot of flies that were everywhere? Apart from that, they practically scammed us with a month's rent, they charged us for the month without living there, according to them, according to them, we had signed a month-to-month contract, which we never did, in short, many things to be desired in that lousy place, I do not recommend it at all

0 stars if I could. You pay rent for a dirty pool where I done found bandages on several occasions. There’s no gym with free weights. Parking? Parking is a nightmare. I feel sorry for those that work late, good luck you might have to park at an entire different building. I’ve done so multiple times just from coming home on a Saturday night out. You want visitors to stop by? Good luck, visitors must park at the PANGO designated spots and PAY. Yeah you pay rent and your visitors must pay to come see you as well and to mention there’s only like 4 spots until you have to go searching around someone else’s building. Also rent went up as well? What did they do with our money? Re-do the streets, which in my eyes was completely unnecessary and only caused an OUTRAGEOUS parking situation. Several if not all parking spots around the building were blocked off leaving PAYING tenants to park across the street or at the nearby church and walking back home. Security? Forget about it. Inside the apartments? Decent AT BEST. Dishwasher breaks maintenance might take 2 weeks to fix it, depending what they fee like I guess. Previous renters smoked heavily in the bathrooms, now every time I shower I see the yellow/brown residue leak from the walls and ceiling. I could go on but I’ll just leave it at that. My final suggestion, pay the extra money to rent at the other nearby apartment complexes like, Bell at Stonebridge and Rivergate. At least your money will actually go to something.
