Great first time experience visiting this place. Friendly staff and vet. The place was really clean. The receptionist I spoke with to set up the appointment, Michelle, was really courteous and accommodating. We are from out of town needing Lyme vaccination for my pups per my vet back home while staying here for a couple of months for work. Highly recommend if you need vet (services) for your furbabies while away from home.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I called to schedule a first visit appointment with my new cat. I was given a time and day to arrive. I arrived 20 minutes early as instructed. I was also provided an email reminder as to when my appointment was. When I arrived the receptionist did not see my name for the allotted time scheduled for my pet. They were no apologies. They just said we could reschedule. There were no other patients in the lobby. I said no thank you, turned around and left. Would you trust a veterinary clinic with such an incompetent staff? This not acceptable service given it is a service “specializing” in veterinary medicine.

The vets here are amazing! I have taken my dog and cat there and always have a pleasant interaction with staff. The environment is calming and great for pets. Every staff member at KVH is amazing, kind, and caring. They are happy to answer concerned questions and ready to provide the best care to my four-legged family members.

Our cats have been patients here for over a decade. The vets and staff are joyful at adoption and equally sorrowful at the time to let go. I would not take my cats anywhere else in the area

Call AWS they do dogs at a lower price I believe they do kittens too.
Hello Susie. We just found your question--It doesn't have a date attached, so I can't tell if this is a recent post. If your cat is currently experiencing those symptoms, they could be life threatening. You should call your vet, our office or the emergency vet immediately, being sure to speak with a live person and explaining that your cat is not drinking or pooping. For anyone reading this: Please do not rely on internet forums for time sensitive medical information.
Please call our office. Google insists on leaving this section up, but it is not a proper place to diagnose what may be bothering your dog. We need to examine them and run diagnostic testing to give meaningful answers. Medical care is too important to give pat answers without knowing what's really wrong.
There is no way to tell from this "Questions" section if this is a recent post or not. If it is an active problem, please call us or another veterinarian right away. Speak with a live person and tell them about the discharge color. Any green discharge needs immediate attention. For anyone else reading this: Please don't use internet forums for time sensitive medical questions. There is no way to tell if someone is actually seeing your questions. Some conditions are life threatening. Always call your provider and describe your concern over the phone. It can save a life. Thank you.
