Reserved a UHaul online at this location. When I arrived they told me they had canceled the reservation. When I asked them why they said it's because they needed to prepare for tomorrow morning and thus were not able to honor my reservation. They provided no solutions and I walked out as a disgruntled customer.

Very upset with this company. I've had a storage unit there for over 5 years. Always was happy until recently. They just raised my rent for July after just having raised it in January. 6 months later seems way too soon. Besides that when you call you can never get a person on the phone and when you go to your storage unit they have their equipment in the way which makes it very difficult to load or unload. It's time for a new storage place

The previous manager at this location, Andrew Penigua, opened my storage unit without me being present, left it open, which lead to the theft of my children's and i social security cards, birth certificates, my tax documents, and our entire identity to be stolen. The district manager, Scott, said that the security cameras did not have a clear view of my storage unit. So in other words they are responsible for my personal documents being stolen and there is nothing i can do about it. The renter's insurance i had on the storage unit only covers burglary and it has to look "burglarized".

Outstanding customer service. The young lady to the far right was very very nice. Answered all my questions politely, was very patient and understanding and willing to help. Everybody in the store seemed happy to help. They have a great selection of boxes and moving equipment. They also do truck rentals and storage. I recommend this location. They even have Spanish-speaking workers upfront if you need some help.
