Exceptional service! Friendly, professional staff, results are received quickly (within ~2 hours). We called after hours from the airport to add a QR code for travel to Dubai (this requirement was changed since the last time we traveled to Dubai 1 month ago) and the team sent us the results with the required QR code within ~17 minutes of our call. I was blown away at the level of professionalism and expeditious service - especially given it was Friday night on Memorial Day weekend!
