Fantastic service! We needed a bed cover that was waterproof for a cross country drive. They recommended one of the soft covers they had in stock. They installed it within half an hour and we were on the road. The recommendation (and installation) was rock solid. I drove 2k miles through rain, wind, and thunderstorms, and not a single drop of water got in the bed. Very happy.

Would leave a lower rating if possible. Husband ordered a truck cap on April 1st. We gave the company the truck Vin# and the color name from the dealer sticker and were told this was all they needed. The cap came in 4 weeks later - the wrong color. We were told it would be sent back for repainting and would be another 4 weeks. 5 weeks passed and we hadn't heard anything back. When we called the cap still had not been sent back to be repainted and now they wanted to charge us part of the cost to send it back - no call made to us in 5 weeks regarding this! My husband said fine to just get it done. Long story longer another 4 weeks to get the repainted cap back. We hear nothing again and my husband stops in to check on it. They call the manufacturer to check where it is only to find out it has been sitting in their lot outside for the past week and they had never called us to let us know it was in. We scheduled an appointment for Friday morning at 9 as soon as they opened only to have to wait until 9:20 as the worker opening up the shop was late. When they put the cap on the truck we took a walk around only to notice when the cap was repainted the entire back left corner was missed and was the old color. At that point we were done. Told them to take it off and issue us a refund for the deposit we had given. Would NEVER give this company my business ever again!

Been happy with the crew over at Yankee Custom in Nashua, especially Craig who has gone out of his way to track down an outstanding order. The previous manager messed up my Retrax order, but Craig finally got it right and I love the new look. The prices have always been fair and I’ve had a couple installs that have turned out perfect. The showroom has a great selection so you can look at all the products and alternatives.
