Someone one I know is there, they are allowed to have cell phones that they use to harass people and are allowed to leave after not being there 30 days to go in a cab alone to visit their child, lied about the times of the visit staff didn’t even check, they got out of the cab and walked around the city bought drugs and went high to the visit, her mother picks her up and she allowed her to buy drugs that she brings back into the rehab. This place only cares about money not what the residents do. They are all still doing drugs while in there. I also heard while residents are allowed to go outside they have the dealer hid drugs on the property where the resident tells them to hide them, in my opinion no phone should be allowed

They have access to a phone. It's for a certain amount if time and I believe they put the phone out 4 or after. Hope that helps.
