I lived at Londonsquare for almost 11 to 12 years. The rent is high. Yes they include some utilities, but since I had too move because of the rent increase. I am now paying gas, electric and water bills none of these combined equal my electric bill alone here. Yes it's nice but and I never had issues with management. It is way overpriced.

The interior of my apartment was very nice with new carpeting and wood plank-looking vinyl in the dining room and kitchen. There is a brick wall in the living room with a fireplace and, although the kitchen is somewhat dated, it has plenty of cupboards and has been well maintained. The very large master bedroom and walk-in closet is outstanding and more than makes up for any shortcoming with the older dark cabinets and overhead lighting in the kitchen. The rent is also very reasonable. I absolutely love my apartment and the apartment management staff and maintenance people are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend London Square to anyone!

London Square apartments are awesome! I talked to Megan and she was nothing but helpful, nice, and friendly. She answered all my questions and made the paperwork/move-in fast and simple. In our unit, and I know in a lot of other ones, they are removing the old flooring and putting in grey wood vinyl, which looks AMAZING. Definitely gives it an updated look and feel. It is in a nice area and close to many things. Would recommend!

Apartments have been in a constant state of updating. The pool is great, they also have a large hall for parties and a work out room. Operations run very smooth here.
