Service was so terrible at walk in, I’ve learned that this is what’s to come through your lease at apartments. I traveled 40 min out of town apartment hunting. I brought my ID, was prepared as this was the only day I could look for an apartment with my work schedule. This particular complex scans your ID, they dont just hold it, but their scanner wasn’t working. Agent spoke with manager, I thought “surely they’ll just keep my ID since they have no idea what it took for me to come in person.” To my surprise, they turned me away from seeing any properties. The manager made the decision and had her employee tell me this, didnt even come over to tell me considering the inconvenience it might have caused and the impression it left. This one decision says a lot about management and how my experience would be through a lease. It’s never good to risk a complex where management doesn’t possess basic customer service solutions/skills. This IT issue was not my problem. They should never have their customers pay for something that’s not their fault. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I wasn’t important to the staff. Front employee looked like she was having a personal convo on the phone, looked bothered and was very quick and willing to pass me off to the person I spoke with on the phone. Her reasons were valid since I worked with the other person before, but her demeanor was obvious she didn’t want to help me. You can always tell when employees are unhappy, this starts with management as well. Second employee helped me and was more genuine. However, when she put my email in their system, I received an email immediately saying “we are out of the office today!” I asked her about this and she said “that’s weird!” She wasn’t proactive to finding a solution. This is another training flaw in their management. After searching many apartments that day, this one is by far the worst and has absolutely nothing on the service of other complexes. It was a night and day difference to the other 5 complexes I visited. My decision is easy to not choose this complex. Dodging several bullets by not living here! You would too.

Stay away from this place - although the location is great, as others have noted, this property has a history of tacking on bogus cleaning, painting, repair, and other charges upon move out ($300+) without providing any proof of the same. Likewise, although the model apartments shown during tours are well kept, upon moving in, my apartments was in less that ideal condition and had clearly not been cleaned or inspected by management (as evidenced by items from the previous tenant still left in the pantry, window latches broken, and stains, scratches, and other wear and tear visible throughout) Although all items were communicated to management via their move-in check-list (they don't actually accompany you to view the apartment when first moving in) the only "repair" undertaken was to replace the broken window - which was "fixed" by inserting a new window that left a clearly visible gap between it and the wall... Save yourself a headache and chose a property with reputable management.

AVOID RIVER VUE ALL COSTS!!! River Vue threw out all of my belongings in my garage and has done nothing about it. On 3/1 I came home to my garage door clicker not working, I went inside to open the garage through the building only to come home to an empty and cleaned garage. All of my things were gone, the floor swept and my garage door reset. I called and emailed management that night and on 3/2 received a call from the assistant manager, Shelby. She told me there was no way maintenance cleared out my garage by accident (even though she told me the garage unit next to mine was being cleared out that day) and she assured me that no one working there saw anything suspicious. She said that she has no idea how my unit could have been cleared out and swept and that my garage door clicker no longer working was merely a coincidence. She was rude and dismissive and did not have any regard for the fact my personal belongings were gone. I told her that I would give her the day to double check her story before I would make a police report for the stolen property, as this is what management is claiming happened. I don’t know many thieves who sweep and take out the trash when stealing things but River Vue is sure that is what must have happened. My garage lease is attached to my apartment lease, which does not end till 6/5/22 and has been paid on time for the past 3 years. I emailed management on 6/2 to let them know I filed a report and they have not replied to my email nor called me back in regards to the incident. You may be wondering, ‘oh well a place that charges $1,500 in rent should have security cameras?’ Nope, they claim they only have them at the exit of the parking garage, but when my car was broken into in 2020 those cameras ‘were malfunctioning’ and they do not allow residents to have any doorbell type cameras. The management team is rude and dismissive and this is just one in a long list of issues. I highly advise against renting from this property, there are other amazing complexes in the area and is where I will be headed once my nightmare lease here is over.

The apartment community is very nice and safe but I am leaving 2 stars review due to the fact that we recently moved out and were charges almost $300 for carpet cleaning, general cleaning, and painting. We only stayed at the apartment a handful of times during our lease term because this was a 2nd residence for us so the carpet and apartment was immaculate upon move out since we cleaned prior even though there was very little to clean. I just wanted to warn future residents of these unplanned charges. We never agreed to these bogus cleaning charges in the lease agreement. Normally apartments will refund your security payment if the apartment is clean and in great condition upon move out but not here.

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.

Are they pet friendly? I have 10 year old boxer , is there a pet park close ? Or place to walk him ? What does rent cost ? Are utilities paid or separate? Is rent based on income ? Is there parking space close to each apartment?

They are pet friendly. There is a trail behind the building to walk, but I'm not sure about a pet park. The rent varies depending on what kind of unit you are looking for, but I believe the cheapest is around $1300. I cant remember if utilities are included, but I dont think they are included. I'm not sure about the rent varying based on income. There is a parking lot attached to building b for residents and a parking garage attached to building a for residents. Parking lot and garage are reserved for residents.
