It's so convenient to everything downtown it has an Italian pizza place next door called peachi paci very good food also have a barbecue place right around the corner little coffee shop across the street convenience store right downstairs of the building at 6th and Lamar close to everything it's a great place

Questions & Answers

I think I'm looking for a tax credit apartment. Where it pays 70% of your rent. No one ever seems to know what I'm talking about. I'm on the list for housing, but they say it'll be years before they look at that list!!

Historic Electric Build does offer Income based apartments upon availability. I suggest coming down in the morning and speaking to Tracey Marselek or Ashley they should be in the office by 9am

I am moving to Texas from Ca. Do you have one bedrooms or studio lofts. Also, I havea standard poodle who is a service dog is that acceptable I don't know Texasl is this near Dallas? Thanking you in advance

Dallas is fairly far. There's many closer options. This place is very nice and quite roomy. If you want a shorter commute, look elsewhere.
