Wish I could give this place 0 stars. It was decent at first but then it got awful. First off, it looks okay until you start using the appliances. The sink and tub always got clogged because they have poor plumbing. My shower handle broke multiple times and so did my shower head. The sink and bathroom were so tiny and just the overall layout sucked. But management was awful. My AC went out for TWENTY DAYS in JUNE and it was 84 degrees in my apartment. All they did in the meantime was place a portable unit in my bedroom which drove my electric bill through the roof and it still only got down to 78 degrees in my place. They refused to even reimburse me for the insane electric bill and I was stuck in my hot apartment for weeks with nothing done about it. The hallways are disgusting with food everywhere. Extremely poorly maintained. I couldn't wait to move out and never look back. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

STAY AWAY. I’ve lived here for 3.5 years. Will soon be leaving. Maintenance request go unanswered for weeks, if not months. Garage door is always stuck open. Most exterior doors are broken. Elevator smells like urine. All landscaping looks awful and is not taken care of. Dog park is a mud pit. Abandoned furniture in the hallways and parking garage. Pool is always dirty or not ready for the weekend. Cars get broken into frequently. Stairwells are disgusting and never cleaned. Homeless people camped outside on benches and wander the halls. Packages get stolen from doorsteps. The gym equipment is very lackluster. Most of it is in some state of disrepair. Management does not seem to care about the property or the residents and continues to raise rent each year. Management has gotten worse each year with constant turnover. Certainly not “luxury living” and not worth the high “luxury living” rent!

People in the office are so nice and considerate! EDIT #1: ...who are of course no longer there due to an ownership change. EDIT #2: I’ve lived here for nearly 4 years and seen a gradual decline in the overall property upkeep and property management. The maintenance staff is the only group I have no complaints with; requests are handled quickly and correctly (unfortunately, no longer true; see EDIT #3). The office staff in general is very nice, but don’t always seem competent; many of their processes (e.g. parking permits) need to be improved. Pest control costs recently increased 500% with no justification. The gym equipment has steadily been deteriorating, with some items being stolen and never replaced. They did recently replace 3 broken treadmills with 2 working ones after 6+ months of brokenness. Parking garage door is frequently broken and stuck open. Many cars were broken into in the parking garage a year+ ago and I have not noticed any attempts at improving security ever since. Most exterior doors are in questionable condition with some wedged shut and some won’t close on their own. The package room frequently shows indications of tampering/stolen packages and the delivery drivers leave packages on the floor and not in the lockers. The package room door looks to have been broken into several times. Any exterior flower bed or patch of dirt reeks of pet waste. It’s rather unfortunate how much the property has declined over the years while rent keeps increasing. EDIT #3: Maintenance requests used to get completed same day or the following day. More than a couple days was rare. Now, maintenance requests take weeks, if not months, for even the most simple of fixes. Also, parking garage gate seems to be broken more often than not. Sad to see this property dwindle to a shadow of its former self.

This complex has by far been the WORST complex to live in. So many friends have asked if they should move here and I tell them all to steer clear of this place! The gates are almost always broken providing lack of security what the point in having a fob? The stair wells are disgusting and never cleaned numerous times I found food and drinks left to decompose on the stair cases. The unit itself wasnt cleaned properly before move in. Carpet was filthy, the shower head was left with mildew residue. My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer and maintenance didn’t tend to it for 48 hours. The pool was “under construction” for 10 months out of my 13 month lease. There are multiple “admin fees” that are charged monthly that they never inform you of. I absolutely hated this place and would never recommend this place to anyone.
