Customer services is absolute trash. Takes over an hour to speak to a human being and when you are finally able to connect to someone, they have no idea how to help and they put you on hold for another hour. Actively be looking to take our business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company has the worst customer service you can imagine. The sales people are going to tell you anything so you can sign that agreement. I am no longer a customer and they messed up on my employee taxes and they refuse to speak to me because I am no longer an "active client". They keep saying their policy is if you aren't a potential client or active, their is no customer support. Save yourself a lot of time and headache. Corinne from their sales side told me their is no one that can help me.

So hard to get customer service. No service rep to contact. We canceled service and can't get them to stop charging us. Search elsewhere for your payroll processing.

Paycor customer service has been terrible. I am going to be searching for a new payroll vendor. I used to recommend them but will not anymore. Their pricing goes up and their service goes down. I am no longer a fan.

If this is for registration your eemployer will initiate the invite process and you will receive and email with an access code and a link. If this is this for sign in MFA a verification code will be emailed (or sent via SMS if you have a phone set up on your account) after you authenticate on via the sign in page. Hope this helps.

I am trying not to retrieve a W2 from 2018. They used Paycor. They are no longer in business. I’ve logged into my Paycor account and everything is gone. IRS is closed.I can’t contact anyone from the old job. Is there a way Paycor can send me the W2

You will need to ask the employer or contact at the employer as Paycor will not release any information to anyone who is not a contact for the account in question.

You can log in online or using the Paycor mobile app if you're a current employee of a client using Paycor. If you aren't, you'll likely need to reach out to your former employer.

You will need to speak to your HR representative. This is typically done during open enrollment; however, you're able to add them if you have a qualifying event. Things such as new baby and a marriage are examples.

They are sending them daily. It depends on when your employee finished their year end.
