Kinda expensive but overall okay

Came here on a Sunday because I urgently needed a couple of tank tops before heading to the airport for a trip. There was a check out line that wrapped around the store and only 2 people cashing people out. At times only one because the cashiers would stop to handle online orders and calls first. It was maddening. I don’t understand what the other employees were doing. Everyone was exasperated. Multiple people gave up and just left. I would have as well if I wasn’t desperate. How does a retail store continue to operate with services like this? Avoid this location at all costs!!!!
