There were a few small areas that we asked him to remedy and he very quickly scheduled a day to come back (literally was back within a day or two!)- the end result is GORGEOUS (and that was what was most important to us). I need my granite counter top trimmed to fit a new larger refrigerator. I probably called about five companies trying to get someone to do it. Jerry was the only one to get back to me. He came the next day and did an excellent job. It doesn't even look like it was cut. He helped move the fridge in placed and even hooked up the water line. I would highly recommend this company.
