This place has overcharged us for water bills in excessive of $100 multiple months in a row. When we help they never do. They are not understanding nor care about our concerns. Should be comfortable where you live and this could be an unnecessary stress you don’t need at place you call home.

ok so i have been here since 2 years and is really good the pool and everything but at first these people in the office were giving bad look to us we didn’t worry abt that but they were been so rude but at the end they left

I just recently did an apartment transfer from a 1-1 to a 2-2 & I worked with Elizabeth. She was so informative, patient, knowledgeable & understanding. I had so many questions and concerns and I probably called her 12 times a day & but she always addressed every concern I had. She was always so professional. Definitely recommend Mallard Glen to all my family and friends when their looking for an apartment!

I would reconsider this complex. I moved here April 25th and maintenance is proven to be slack. I've had multiple maintenance requests submitted about my HVAC in a month's time. Everytime they "fix" it, it goes out days afterwards. My air went out on 5/29/22. I've called their "emergency" number and submitted my request through their online portal. Only to be told they're backed up on work orders (literally just moments ago). Consider yourself if they have not called you back yet.
