This community has rats by building 4901 for over 3 months nothing seem to be resolved. ALSO BUILDING 4935 has bad roach problems still has been resolved 4923 has a bat issue still hasn’t been resolved this community is getting worst. 8/1/22 yes the tenants pay monthly for extermination nothing seem to be solve tenants is fearful at building 4901 .9/25 RATS IS IN COMMUNITY MAKING HOLES AROUND THE BUILDING 4919 4921…THOSE BLACK BOXES IS DOING WHAT THERE DIGGING HOLES AROUND THE BUILDING WHAT R WE GOING TO DO .

Yunior leon Diaz has been a wonderful help here at burner drive and he has exceptional skills In fixing things like ac’s and I would definitely like to have everyone other work be as efficient as he is.

Decent place to live...Great maintenance crew...Rent has been raised as other areas in Charlotte - not happy about this and trash is now 25.00.... Grounds are very clean and well kept... Good location in City where it's positioned...Neighbors seem good thus far..
