This is truly the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Water leaks, bugs, staff that do not care at all about problems happening in apartments or the residential areas. It’s entirely too expensive for such poor quality. I am counting down the days for my lease to be over.

I have a very length story , let me shorten it. I am a current resident as of today July 12th, 2022. Service requests put in since march of 2022 haven't been attended to but management closed it as "resolved". No replies to emails or phone calls. In person visits to leasing office made no difference. Aside from multiple appliance breakdown in unit, my bathroom ceiling is covered in rapidly spreading black mole; due to leak from unit above mine. The floor and pipes around water heater are rotting; closet smells like compost. All of that decay is in my walk-in closet, shoes getting damaged, clothes smell. No spray, vaporizer or candles have been able to make entire unit habitable. See pictures....... *Update: ended up being hospitalized with a swollen throat for 5 days August 9th through August 14th 2022. Hospital bill $14, 000 +. Prior to this, never had any respiratory illnesses or hospitaliztion.

I really wish that management didn't change it; with the old one, I had a really good experience, and their maintenance staff was really knowledgeable. I live in an upgraded, high-paid townhome, and the service that I am experiencing is below 0 stars. It takes days/weeks to respond to ticket requests, then the maintenance guy pretends to know everything, talks nonsense, and does not resolve issues. Can't wait to leave this community.
